I am extremely disappointed with the care provided by Dr. Flory, specifically Nurse Sarah Martinez, FNP. My mother, who is in significant pain, was told a referral for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) was submitted on April 15th. After waiting and seeing her condition worsen, I contacted the insurance company myself only to find out that no referral was ever received.
