Scheduling is difficult and online when you book an appointment time they will cancel if you aren’t sick or injured. Super weird policies they have.
I transferred my PCM and clinic (as well as my daughter’s) after multiple bad experiences at another BS&W location and am so thankful for the switch to Westfield Clinic! Our team of Dr. Sarah Senthi and PA Chloe Williams are incredible! They listen attentively, do not rush through appointments, and really take the time to go through options for treatment. I am extremely disappointed with the care provided by Dr. Flory, specifically Nurse Sarah Martinez, FNP. My mother, who is in significant pain, was told a referral for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) was submitted on April 15th. After waiting and seeing her condition worsen, I contacted the insurance company myself only to find out that no referral was ever received.
