This place is disgusting they didn’t even use gloves. and they bill you left and right even if you do not choose to use their facility for treatment. Do not recommend.
My wife has been trying to get a referral to see a specialist and today is day 8 and somehow the referral it’s still pending within the Scott and White system and nobody cares. This is for urgent care and nobody knows nothing. The level of incompetence from this clinic to everybody else we had contacted is from here to the moon. This is my primary clinic. Dr Ohabughiro is awesome.
I had a very upsetting experience at Baylor Scott & White West Clinic regarding my emotional support animal. I brought my small emotional support dog with me to my appointment, as I have done during several previous visits without any issues. He was inside his carrier bag, quiet, and not bothering anyone. I also have the proper documentation for him. However, when I arrived, a security guard told me I needed to take my dog back to the car and leave him there unattended.
