My wife has been trying to get a referral to see a specialist and today is day 8 and somehow the referral it’s still pending within the Scott and White system and nobody cares. This is for urgent care and nobody knows nothing. The level of incompetence from this clinic to everybody else we had contacted is from here to the moon. This is my primary clinic. Dr Ohabughiro is awesome.
I had a very upsetting experience at Baylor Scott & White West Clinic regarding my emotional support animal. I brought my small emotional support dog with me to my appointment, as I have done during several previous visits without any issues. He was inside his carrier bag, quiet, and not bothering anyone. I also have the proper documentation for him. However, when I arrived, a security guard told me I needed to take my dog back to the car and leave him there unattended. Don’t like the fact that I cannot see my primary care physician when I need to see her talk to her and everything. It’s pretty sad when I try to book an appointment to see her and she’s not available. She’s got too many patients ahead of me apparently that matter more and I’m sorry if I’m being truthful, truth hurts, but I’m not gonna keep going through and peas, nurse practitioners and not be able to see my own primary it sucks. She only sees me once a year if that for my labs and for anything else.
