Don’t like the fact that I cannot see my primary care physician when I need to see her talk to her and everything. It’s pretty sad when I try to book an appointment to see her and she’s not available. She’s got too many patients ahead of me apparently that matter more and I’m sorry if I’m being truthful, truth hurts, but I’m not gonna keep going through and peas, nurse practitioners and not be able to see my own primary it sucks. She only sees me once a year if that for my labs and for anything else.
A terrible and fraudulent organization. They will incessantly send collections notices for bills that you are not responsible for. After you spend weeks and months getting it cleared up, they will just send your supposed debt to a different collections agency and repeat the process. This will go on for years. Edit in response to below comment: I have already spoken to multiple billing reps, collections agents, insurance reps, etc., for some reason this issue is not able to be fixed by any human. It is astounding.
NP Kenya Freeney, and Nurse Shantay are very professional and prompt.
The only thing they care about is collecting a copay. Front staff is super rude and nobody listens to the patients needs. So much for the "speak up" policy.
