A terrible and fraudulent organization. They will incessantly send collections notices for bills that you are not responsible for. After you spend weeks and months getting it cleared up, they will just send your supposed debt to a different collections agency and repeat the process. This will go on for years.
Always professional and friendly.
My nurse practitioner, Kenya Toranetta and her assistant (can't quite recall her name, I'm sorry. Younger, short, and dark skinned black woman with natural hair) were both AMAZING. They were both very kind to me and made me feel so comfortable. It was by far the best experience with this type of visit I have ever had. The woman who checked me in and out at the front was also incredibly kind and helpful, just an overall great experience today. I highly recommend requesting these 2 women for your yearly obgyn exam. I was given an estimate of 94 or 98 dollars for a ear cleaning, I can't remember which number exactly, and now I'm being charged $300. Make sure you ask for the estimate to be typed up or something, or they will rob you blind.
