Always friendly and punctual. Great medical services.
Front desk did not check me in, asked what was taking so long they realized the lady who had left didn’t check me in. waited nearly a hour then once going to the back I waited a extra 30 minutes before walking out.
My husband's insurance company chose this clinic for his Primary Care Doctor. We just moved here and he was in need of his blood pressure meds and diabetic meds. We had to wait 2 weeks before his appointment and when I did get there they told me insurance wasn't covered. The explanation of what insurance they do take really isn't clear. Dr. Acosta-Monroe is amazing. For the first time in years I am supported by my medical team. Maria M is the nurse for her and she is amazing too! They both have wonderful bedside manner. They both practice active listening and I really appreciate them.
