I saw Meredith Kersten FNP, via Telehealth. Yes, she was punctual and went over my entire medical Hx, since I am establishing care with her. To me, she seemed quite knowledgeable but I will have to see her a few more times before I am able to accurately review her knowledge base. She is very welcoming and friendly and very kind to me and sympathizes with my situation. She ordered a lot of tests, which I was grateful for.
