I was required to sign a “rights and responsibilities” form on a small digital pad upon arrival without actually being shown the form. Even after requesting and reviewing a printed copy of the form, I was still required to sign digitally, without it showing what I was signing. By requiring me to sign blindly, my signature could have been attached to anything.
