It's a large American Medical Organization. I have had mixed interactions here. One of their urgent care providers was willing to have a non-cookie cutter human to human conversation with me. However, due to their constantly looming corporate procedures, providers unable/unwilling to try, and highly capitalistic approach to maximize profit from people's medical needs, there's just not a lot of experience at BSW.
