I highly recommend you go somewhere else! They are incompetent to say the least! Took over an hour to check me in then stated they couldn't do my xtay because they are closing. 3x I went thru this same generic, no more!!
I have been to this office several times. They are always warm and welcome. The staff is pleasant to work with, quick to respond to my calls, and even got my images within 20 min of me showing up. The parking is great too. There are several entrances to accommodate different needs.
This review is for my husband. He was a walk in and got waited on within 10 minutes of arriving! Yay for us ! It was two ppl at the front desk and both were very professional and oh down to earth which I love ! I would recommend this location to anyone that asks. I will also have some x rays sometime this month. Cross your fingers the experience will be A1 yet again!
After being told my mammogram required additional images, I ve been quite honestly freaked out. I made the appointment, not sure how to pay for it. A baylor representative called to inform me of the high cost of the test. When I explained I didn't have the money to pay. Something in this conversation struck her as funny. Somehow, my crying, feeling the fear of what might be and the fact that I can not pay to find out was humorous to her. The idea that I work, I have insurance, and still can not pay was funny!
