I bring both of my kids and both providers are great the staff is so friendly and nice.
Amazing , Fast !
During August 2024 I visited a patient who was on the 2nd floor at this hospital. There were three separate visits. All three times the nurse staff was cordial and professional. The receptionist on the 1st floor was friendly and helpful. The hospital appeared to be well maintained on the first floor lobby, family waiting area and restroom. The second floor hall and patient room were clean. We’ve been coming here for a year now. Great staff and doctors. Always on time and we’re usually in-and-out in no time.
I received a letter threatening removing me as a patient since I “missed” my last appointment. I showed up only to find out that the doctor canceled appointments that day and I was never notified. I probably would have worked with them if I hadn’t gotten that letter. Needless to say, I will find another healthcare provider outside of the Baylor Scott and White system.
