The nurses have no bed side manner and lack on communication. I asked them to explain to me what their plan was as I’m a detailed oriented person and I still never got a response. I ended up taking everything off of me, put my clothes back on and found a nurse to take the the IV (that was connected to nothing) out of me FOUR hours later!
This location of Baylor Scott & White was the best! The pre-surgery nurses to the recovery room nurses were thorough and very courteous and kind! My Doctor and my anesthesiologist were also great.
The staff lost my wallet while being moved from the ED to PCU.
