RecommendedI was just here and discharged on Thursday. Had a good experience. There's two people that went above and beyond and that was Cody and Katy. One of them is a physical therapist and one of them is an occupational therapist.They pushed so hard to get me into a rehabilitation unfortunately I just don't qualify because of my decline in condition. My husband is on the 13th floor. He has altered mental status, has fallen twice in the last 2 days, and had a seizure before being admitted yesterday. I called and talked to the nurse and I asked if he had a fall risk plaque on his door and she said no. I asked why not and she said they forgot. I have asked to be transferred to the house supervisor after speaking with the charge nurse and was refused to be transferred or told a name of the house supervisor that the charge nurse had spoken with before calling me back. wonderful hospital. Mom was there for 5 days.Treated very nice and nurses were very kind.
MY sister came down with flesh eating bacteria. The hospital in Greenville was talking about amputation. They shipped her to Baylor. Outside of a little scarring her arm is doing fine today.
I am by far not impressed with this facility, my mother in law has been in this place for the past few days and has been treated like absolute garbage. This makes me sick to my stomach to see such "professionals" take care of her while she is pretty much feeling like she's about to die. Didn't feed her, shoved her, took her o2 away or turned it down, had to turn her o2 back up HERSELF, and then got moved because she complained about how she's been treated. Wonderful Hospital ❤️❤️. I have had Heart surgery and my Gall Bladder Surgery they are Wonderful Baylor is the only Hospital for me and my Family
