Recommendedthe first time I've ever had a plumbing issue was during a pandemic. Baylor plumbing was actually the 3rd plumbing company i contacted. the first one was not taking covid seriously. the 2nd one was but had scheduling issues. over the phone, adam discussed what he thought the possible issues were based on what I was explaining. he was reassuring that he could diagnose the problem safely and we could decide what to do from there. i honestly expected this to be a huge ordeal that would require demo work or something. to my surp... read more

Today I was In a funeral procession for my aunt, and my husband and I talked about the lost value of stopping for funeral processions to show respect. Today I noticed very few cars pulled over, most just sped on and a few even tried to pass us. However I noticed a work truck pulled over on hwy 111, showing their respect and I noticed it said Baylor Plumbing! Thank you to your respectful driver you don't know how much the value of showing respect meant to us!
