I guaranteed the cost of renting for both my son and his room mate. Three years later, my son left owing nothing. However, the room mate left a week later without paying his cleaning fee. Management never contacted me directly about this. Instead they turned it over to a collection agency nine months later. I paid the roughly $100 owed promptly, but it doesn't matter. I met my wife at Baylor Plaza II #37. She was using my roommates computer when i met her for the first time in Summer 1995. We were friends and then started dating. We’ve been married since March 3, 2001.

I had a terrible experience here for the year that I signed. Management is not friendly at all and maintenance is not reliable. I signed here a year ago and it was the worst apartment experience of my life. First off, I will say it’s a great location for a baylor student and not expensive but that’s about it. My apartment had roaches in it right off the bat, all over the walls and bathrooms. Also there was a bee problem in front of my house It was a bad experience.
