Waited 7 months for an appointment and on the day of the appointment we told that we were rescheduled and he couldn’t be seen by the Dr. despite the appointment being confirmed 1 week earlier, I was told that they had been trying to reach me for 2 months I specifically told them to call me instead of my dad because he has memory issues and doesn’t answer his phone and they had my phone on the file but just didn’t call me to tell me about the appointment cancellation. NO ONE ANSWERs the phone, we got a referral sent by my doctor on 9/10/2024 and NO ONE calls, we have tried calling and goes straight to voicemail, you leave a message and NO ONE calls you back. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Try another memory center.
