Regarding this BSW-OT location, (Retail RD): The front desk crew were friendly, efficient and welcoming from the start. They were able to navigate the insurance maze easily and communicated my cost responsibilities up front. The PT staff were well organized and set up a plan to maximize my goals. They have been professional encouraging, and thorough, throughout my visits.
