Getting physical therapy here has been a great experience. I always look forward to interacting with Zach & Ta’ Nia as they are not only great at what they do, but are really great people as well.
Be warned: requesting your medical records from BSW Outpatient Rehab will be a headache. I visited the Lake Highlands location after being told that I needed to go in person to any BSW Outpatient Rehab location to submit a records request for my medical records. I filled out the Patient Authorization form, and the front desk staff faxed it to the records department, which handles requests for all locations. Chelsea is INCREDIBLE! I started PT for neck pain not expecting much as past physical therapy didn't give me desired results. But it's now been a few months since I completed my work with Chelsea, and everything is going so well. She always took the time to listen and modify exercises specifically for me. She made me a believer in PT, and I can't recommend her highly enough!!
