Just don t go expecting courteous , empathetic, or sympathetic care. Have never, in a long life , ever been around such a consistent group of rough and/or rude supposedly professional people. A nurse rolling her eyes in a discussion about pain. Physical therapy personnel must be tired of job. You don t usually see that. Son waited for secretary to complete lengthy personal phone conversation before being acknowledged his first visit, just needing directions. Not one person ever ask if anything else was needed before leaving ... read more

If you or a loved one has to stay at this place, please have someone with them 24/7. They dont answer the call button, they sleep on the job, and they overdose the patients. The only thing positive I can say is the therapists were amazing.

I was exposed to global rehab in fort worth after a knee replacement in july of 2011. Never was i greeted. Never did anyone offer concern as to my well being. No one introduced them selves to me. supervisors were cold. nurse had alcahol on his breath. very few name tags. My belongings were ransacked and my meds were dispensed incorrectly.Global is a beautiful facility. I am just curious as to where they hire their employees. I have never been exposed to such horrible treatment in all my life. This, at a time when i needed ca... read more

My wife has been here nine days will be released tomarrow,And the did exactly as they said, And did it with the most utmost care , and seem to go out of the way to help.Could not be more pleased with Global rehab. This is a rehab place not a vacation spot, so If you don,t want to work on your issue, stay home. The entire staff, down to house keeping were great, the meals were great,The head Chef visited our room to see if there was any thing special we needed. Just out standing place and would recommand it to any one. Thanks... read more

If you truly love whoever it is that needs rehab DO NOT take them to Global Rehab in Fort Worth Tx. Unless they are able to fend for themselfs. We took my mother there after knee surgary and she was perfectly fine mentaly. But after 4 days of them leaving her in bed and pumping her full of drugs to keep her from bothering them for any reason she ended up in the Harris ER on a drug overdose. Also her cell phone and a few other things came up missing. This place is full of Lazy dont give a crap people. there is a couple of goo... read more

If I could rank zero stars I would! This place is a JOKE. My family member went in completely coherent and needed simple rehabilitation, a few days later she was hallucinating and had no memory of anything short term. They were giving her medications that were causing delusions, blamed it on a UTI, after FINALLY getting her out and into an emergency room-she had no UTI. The majority of the staff is lazy and took over an hour to respond every time she had to use the bathroom. Even though most were friendly, they had too many ... read more
