I was a spinal cord injury patient 18 years ago. They have aggressive therapy. They teach everything that one needs to know to be independent once they leave rehab.

This place is amazing! The staff rock! They are kind compassionate and really listen to you as the patient so that you can truly work together as a team. I can’t call out just one or two people because I haven’t had a negative experience with anyone! They will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart❣️🥰

Excellent doctors, nurses, and patient care technicians who made sure my every need was met. Phenomenal physical therapists (including OTs, STs, and RTs) who demonstrated over and over their dedication to my recovery. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained facility. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating food service staff. The only negative thing about my 41-day stay is that visitor parking is too expensive. This is a 5-star institution, if you ask me.

Melinda did much more than run me through the standard exercises for my sciatica. She asked for my medical and health history, revealing several previous abdominal surgeries that left scar tissue that likely contribute to my pain symptoms. From there she developed a more specific set of exercises that addressed not only standard core strengthening, but additional ones that attacked these other physical deficiencies. I was monitored very closely with adjustments to the program as needed. Very happy with the results.
