So far, so good. Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new heat pump at my home just before the latest heatwave. The crew arrived on time, early even, started work right away and provided me an estimated time of completion that was met. They were a great group of men. I hope that the service teams are as responsive and nice going forward.
