After several months of attempting to contact the billing department to dispute an erroneous charge, including several voice mails and emails that never received a response. I was finally able to get a real person on the phone. This person was not in the billing department, and apparently the entire billing department had left well before the posted closing time. I have had an ongoing dispute about a payment we made upfront with this company for the better part of two years. There representatives have told me that the account was paid in full on Dec 5th, 2017, and then on Dec 17, 2017 they send me another bill and the bill is being collected again. I have sent them proof of this payment and yet they still refuse to acknowledge their own colossal accounting error. Do not do business with this company Miraca Genetics is a better value for your money and does not waste your time!
