Crazy appointment management. I had at least 4 appointments with this refugee clinic. They schedule appointments without observing their own capacity. For a single vaccine shot I had to wait from 9am to 3pm. Their staff are very rude and won’t even tell you how long you have to wait. If you are planning to go their with your kids, make sure you take your lunchbox and also allocate your whole day.

Use to be a place you could walk in and pay for a quick check up or get one thing looked at but not anymore those privileges are only extended to the South Dallas residents now apparently
45 mins for a freaking nurse visit!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! All my niece needed was a TB test and they took forever!!
Much better care and process than others I've experienced. No long waits and all the services I need in one location.
