I am not a fan of their phone system. The people here though, are phenomenal. Make you feel like family when you walk in.
In all my 34 years this is the best doctor and staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Whether I see Dr. Hornell, Katie, or Alex it is always a positive experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Arrived 15 min prior to my appointment and after an 1hr 20 minutes of waiting we have yet to see the Dr.
Always helpful and kind. Wait times are reasonable!
