Have been going to Baylor Riverside since before my kids were born 30 years ago. While there have been many changes, the care given is still beyond excellent. I was greeted by Sue at the Front desk and was treated so kindly by her. It’s not my first time being checked in by her and she always shows kindness and care way above what you would expect. Think MD was just brushing off my concerns because he was busy with other patients waiting. Not really listening to what it was saying about my pain in my feet saying just get better shoes when this has been going on for serveral years it's more than just a normal ache it's tingling burning prickly sensation, was also suppose to refer me to md for colonascapy.Haven't gotten the referral yet.

I had a copy of an MRI that I wanted to drop off. Once my doctor saw it I planned to make an appointment. I was told at the front desk that this was not possible. They took the MRI and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. I asked if my doctor would see it before my appointment. I was told it would be in his file. So I showed up for my appointment the next day. The doctor walks in. He knows nothing about an MRI. He said it takes a week to 10 days for him to be able to see it.
