I've been here twice with an appointment and my wait times were very good. The facility and check-in/out process isnt confusing compared to other BSW locations. Dr. Ahmed is wonderful and I highly recommend her. She is kind and always addressed my concerns and requests without brushing me off. It is rare that I feel like a PCP takes me seriously so I recommend other women to see her.
The office was clean I was greeted by the supervisor of the clinic Julisa she was very nice and polite Bri the MA she made me feel so welcomed and safe and Martha was very thorough and very nice and asked alot of questions went the extra step to make sure I got all the right test ran that I need.
