Doctor retired and no doctor to take his place. I was there for cancer in my eye.
Helpful facilities but the front desk workers on the 5th floor are unnecessarily rude . To my grandmother and other patients I’ve seen the desk rudely respond to patients who are clearly hard of hearing and weren’t able to understand the desk attendant. Patients are here for help for their important needs and should not have to deal with a rude desk attendant making them feel unwelcomed ,I hope this review is taking seriously.
Can’t speak to the care because they refused to see me. Apparently some of their providers go in and out of networks at whim. I’ve had 3 or 4 providers recommended to me and been scheduled to see, only to be told closer to appointment time they were no longer available or not in network. And was variously told that referrals had to be dr specific then told it could simply be made out to the practice. Still not sure which is correct. Administration end seems in disarray.
