Like the other reviewer, if you try to call, they seem determined NOT to take on new patients. I've never heard anything like it. Very rude, curt, and uninterested in talking to you. I had to call 3 times to even get someone to call me back. Very unprofessional. UPDATE - once you get through the gauntlet of being able to get in, things are ok. The staff answering the phones needs a lesson in being helpful rather than argumentative and difficult. Changing my review due to the doctor and other staff that helped with mom on her... read more

I was referred to Baylor Senior Care. When I called for an appointment both people I spoke to were determined not to take me as a patient. I have multiple chronic illnesses. Baylor Senior Care seemed more willing to kick me than to help me. I guess I should be grateful I didn't waste my time in going there.
