There’s no need for a lady to call me to confirm an appointment with me and I’m telling my explanation as to why I can’t make it in July and for her to sit here and raise her voice at me and cut me off.
I feel so blessed to have found Dr. Chinwe. She is an amazing primary care doctor who truly cares about her patients and is incredibly passionate about her work. She always treats me with the utmost respect and is clearly very knowledgeable. She and her team are always on top of everything, making sure I’m well taken care of. Highly recommend!
The doctors in these offices are good, thorough and busy but worth it. You must have patience.
I am just going to say that I am beginning to think that Baylor is racist. I literally told the lady who called me that I was coming to my appointment and she did not tell me that I had to be there within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment. This is also my first time coming to this location. The people at the front desk told me that the doctor did not answer the phone and even when I called, the phone was not answered. Also, when I submitted the "transfer of care paperwork" I was never called and no one ever reached out... read more
