Bad enough the nations best children hospital is set up like an intricate maze. And host to some of the worst and rudest employees ever. That refuse to take responsibility for us missing our appointment. Took me an hour to find Dr. Hill's office. Just to get told no, I had to reschedule. I hope she hits her toe on the corner of her bed.
I really love my doctor and her staff BUT I AM NOT impressed with your scheduling department and call center it is very hard to get to your doctor there needs to be a triage nurse to handle calls at the doctor's station to take messages not go through the appointment call center. It is very frustrating trying to explain to non medical personnel when you need to talk to your doctor. Dr.Jeffery Ross is such a sweet & loving man.Since day one,he's ALWAYS made u feel like family,never forgets to give hugs,or a compassionate touch.He gives the utmost top priority to his patients.My sister's foot is just abt completely healed.God willing,she'll be able to return to work soon.God bless Dr.J.Ross & his Fantastic staff now & always.������

Courteous Professional. Best qualified in town ( in my opinion ) The only possibly negative thing I can think of is that you occasionally have a wait after your appointment time. But I've waited far longer to see our regular eye doctor, and for the most part we come here for the specialists.
Look at the reviews and you'll see that you're in the best of hands with Dr. Koch, Jennifer Edwards, and Ellen Thomas. Knowing I was traveling 250 miles each way, Ellen scheduled the pre-op exam, the surgery and the post-op exam in three consecutive days, on two occasions, not an easy task in a busy facility with patients from around the U.S. No question, that the Baylor College of Medicine and the Alkek Eye Center are the best of the best.
