I have been trying to schedule an injection with Dr. Ravula for at least a month..Her office yet to call me back. My referring doctor had faxed my medical records twice!! Yet still, someone bothers to call. I even left a VM for the office manager and complained, no response either. I guess the apple doesnt fall too far from the tree!!! Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! It is impossible to reach anyone during open hours Monday - Friday. If you leave a message when they are closed, they will not return your call. I left three messages last week and never got a return call. I called three times on Saturday during open hours and each time someone would pick up and then hang up. A tech once told me the medication my doctor prescribed was not longer being manufactured at the requested strength. After all the issues I had, I requested a refill a couple weeks late... read more

Best doctor I have EVER been too. Not only did he listen to everything I was telling him but he took as much time as needed to explain to me why I was feeling the way I was. I feel this doctor not only cared about making the right diagnosis but he cared about my well being in general. He will be my doctor for as long as my insurance is accepted there and I would recommend him to anyone!! awesome doctor!!!
I would have given 5 stars had it not been for a rude member of the staff that works there. The doctors are great, they don't rush my family, and answer lots of questions that I have about my three boys! They do a great job, and I would recommend them more if I knew the staff were going to be just as hospitable as the doctors!
Patrick Partin is an excellent doctor at this clinic, although the front desk clerks are all mean bitter bitches. Especially Barbara
