Please do not go to this pain management office. I went for a consultation and they charged me a month later $160 for a facility fee after I had paid my copay. I had called to dispute, spoke to Stephanie and no manager was available for me to speak too. Be aware of the hidden charges. This is very disappointing just for a consultation.
Avoid if possible. Treatment was of very little value, and I was greatly misled about the OOP costs for the procedure. I had paid off almost half of the OOP owed, and was sent to collections without any warnings. Incredibly unethical practice.

I’ve been suffering from a herniated disc in L4-L5 causing me severe nerve pain down my right leg to foot - CONSTANT. I came in at 6:30am for my epidural steroid injection Tuesday. The most painless injection I’ve ever received. Dr. Vera & his team did an amazing job! The staff was very pleasant & made me feel comfortable. I started feeling relief the same day I had the procedure. I feel now I can go back to living a somewhat pain free life for the most part
