Staff was kind and knowledgeable. Doctor was great, explained everything well.
Dr. Vera and his staff, both nursing and administrative, have provided professional and compassionate care on all my visits.
Madison and the rest of the staff was very accommodating. They have me options opposed to just jumping to drugs and the extreme.
Please do not go to this pain management office. I went for a consultation and they charged me a month later $160 for a facility fee after I had paid my copay. I had called to dispute, spoke to Stephanie and no manager was available for me to speak too. Be aware of the hidden charges. This is very disappointing just for a consultation.
