Madison and the rest of the staff was very accommodating. They have me options opposed to just jumping to drugs and the extreme.
Please do not go to this pain management office. I went for a consultation and they charged me a month later $160 for a facility fee after I had paid my copay. I had called to dispute, spoke to Stephanie and no manager was available for me to speak too. Be aware of the hidden charges. This is very disappointing just for a consultation.
Avoid if possible. Treatment was of very little value, and I was greatly misled about the OOP costs for the procedure. I had paid off almost half of the OOP owed, and was sent to collections without any warnings. Incredibly unethical practice.
