This place is in terrible conditions. What you're paying for a month is not worth it. Save yourself the hassle. The apartment management are extremely rude and racist. They don't handle maintenance issues in a timely manner. They allow Baylor students who don't live at the complex to park at your parking spot. DO NOT RENT HERE. Management is rude the apartments are roach infested and in deplorable conditions. There was actual mold in the building and they painted over it. Then accused my brother of having broke a bunch of stuff in the apartment that was broken or not working before he moved in. There’s a huge bill they sent him for over 13k which is insane because even on move in day the carpet was so filthy that it would leave our soles black and sticky half of the burners on the stove didn’t work the wood on the sink was falling... read more
I won't say I do or do not recommend Baylor Arms. I just want potential tenants to be informed. I will try to be fair and give pros and cons about my time renting here (14 months). Pros 1. Very affordable and all bills are included so you never have to worry about forgetting to pay utilities (however, you get what you pay for). 2. Huge walk-in closet - so useful if you have a lot of clothes and other things to store 3. All of the rooms (bedrooms, living area) are pretty large compared to other apartments I've seen. 4.
