THEY'RE GRRRRREAT!!! I have a rat terrior who is about 8 years old. She got into a fight with something and had to have her eye removed. Seeing that this dog was my life I quickly agreed to the surgery and they scheduled it for the next day. The office staff walked me through what would happen the day of the surgery. Overpriced, Undertalented This vet nickels and dimes the hell out of you for nothing, in return for the steep fee all you get in return is advice, no treatment. Safari Animal Clinic is my usual vet and I will never take another animal anywhere but there.
THE WORST ANIMAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER SEEN THE WORST ANIMAL CLINIC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! This animal clinic is the Worst that I have ever seen in my entire life. My husband and I took our chihuahua in because there was something wrong with her stomach and small amount of diarrhea. The vet sees her and says we need to ex-ray her and we said ok. An okay vet I have taken my dog here before for rabies a shot but I don't think I would have him treated for anything else. I just don't see a sterile environment and the place smells horrible. The staff seem okay, the prices are fair but you get what you pay for, right? PROS: Cheap CONS: Not clean

unprofessional The Doctor was very nice. However, the office staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. They over charged me, I brought it to their attention the day of my dogs visit and they told me that the charges were correct. I went back and questioned them again, after looking into it they had over charged me by $50. They wouldn't issue me a refund only a credit. I paid $100 in cash and $40 in check and because I wrote the check I could only be given a credit on my account. If they would have charged me correctly in ... read more
WONDERFUL! I have 3 dogs and 2 cats that Dr Baylor and his staff have taken care of for over 4 years. Dr Baylor and his staff are always very kind and caring providers, my pets love to come visit! The price is affordable and the facility has always been clean. I would not change vets for anything.
Won't Go to Any Other Vet We have brought our animals to Dr. Baylor for over 16 years. He is a wonderful, compassionate vetrinarian. Yes, there have been many staff changes over the years, but the current staff is amazing. I would encourange anyone to go meet Dr. Baylor and the staff at Baylor Animal Clinic.
