I'm giving Denova two stars, and that's solely because of my case manager, Laura. While I appreciate my therapist Melissa and my psychiatrist Ericka, the administrative staff was incredibly unhelpful/rude as they placed barriers or so it seemed that way. The location was fine but this review is specifically for Mark Callesen. We were scheduled for 2 hours for an autism assessment for my daughter. I am autistic and have 3 other autistic children, but I left there doubting Mark had ever met anyone that’s autistic that’s not level 3 and non verbal. The visit was completed and we were in the car in 48 minutes. He said he would have his report ready that day when I didn’t complete any assessments and neither did her teacher, so he based his opinion off that short time. I complete... read more
