So this place started out great, almost 2 years with no issues. My therapist parts ways with them and wow it went down hill from there. Denova recently updated there online platform and decide to send me a bill from over a year ago. No problem other than im self pay and pay before every appointment. So I talk to person after person at Denova even send them a bank statement showing the money for the appointments taken out of my account and they still say I owe them the money. Dr. Oscar Maciel Reyes is an excellent doctor. We are very happy with the care he's provided. He's been very helpful with medical instructions and referrals when needed. He has a great bedside manner and is great with individuals with special needs. A+ doctor!
