Poor experience with psych providers. Unable to resolve with office manager as I was refused any contact and staff disconnected my call. Was told multiples times bridge provider can assist with accommodation forms (NOT FMLA) and the provider became accusatory and would not assist further. She even implied that I was not taking my meds as prescribed. Very unprofessional.
