Baylen was spot on in helping us sell our property. Everything from staging the house down to the professional pictures taken. He has a very unique touch as to how to set up you place to get it sold. Ours was particularly difficult because it was a gentleman's ranch that requires a very special needs in getting it sold. Not that many people want to take on a place like ours. His knowledge of this trade coupled with his energy and modern style thinking, lead this to be the smoothest home sale I have experienced.
