Got a CT scan here and it was a good experience. I was really nervous but the person who did the scan, Kyle, was so kind and calmed me down. Thank you Bayhealth.
My husband and I are so pleased with this facility. His primary care is there and we have used the labs, X-ray and urgent care. There have been no long waits and the services are professional and efficient. Twice, the urgent care handled very serious situations quickly and made appropriate referrals. The facility is close by, welcoming and there is plenty of parking.
Left Beebe to get some bloodwork done. Simply process. You sign in and when your next your next. No one comes in and says they need to go in front of you like Beebe. Beebe is the worst.
Beware of the urgent care billing tactics they use. Even though the actual bill said urgent care which would have been a zero co-pay, they submitted claim to insurance using an ER code. Called billing several times and they refuse to resubmit properly to insurance. Stuck with a $100 bill when it should have cost nothing.
