Do not be fooled that this is an Urgent Care place . It is an emergency room and I have been waiting to be seen for a tick bite and it has been 2 hrs here waiting . The staff is pleasant but this is No Urgent Care and don’t come here if you have a miner issue !
Go there for tests always the best.
I want to say thank you to STACEY she was on the first floor working the desk. Came in on 5/27/26 and she helped me with my insurance even though she didn’t have to. Went out of her way to make sure my co pay was covered because my insurance wanted to charge me and I don’t understand all the numbers and insurance information. She made it very easy for me. Again it’s STACEY 1st floor had to get a CT chest scan. She deserves a huge raise !!
This is a great place. The staff is great, the service was quick and efficient. I will be using them for now on. Thank you Bayhealth
