I had an appt 7/22/25. With a Dr and they wanted me to get an x-ray done and mentioned going to the one located in the building. My insurance has been complicated so basically I asked the front desk lady would she be able to find out what I would pay out of pocket exactly but she pretty much just gave a guess. So I decided to call my insurance and ask but they just told me that I needed an authorisation , but the front desk lady said she doesn’t usually need that for a simple x - ray. Very poor service! It took 6 hours to see a nurse and when I asked the nurse (sintia rodregez ) if i could see the doctor, she said" he's busy".this is a true account. Don't go unless it's life or death!
I’ve used this location several times over the years. Staff is always professional and friendly. I wouldn’t return there if I wasn’t satisfied with them.
Second time here… they don’t know how to treat or talk to people, lack of sensitivity
