The front desk staff is unpleasant and regrettably, the ultrasound tech was condescending. for reasons that became more obvious as the exam went on. What should have been a joyous occasion, ie. the first ultrasound of our first baby was overshadowed by the ultrasound tech & judgmental comments. I was disturbed by their conduct because my experience with 'Dedicated to Women ObGyn' (the Bayhealth affiliated imaging center in Dover) is consistently 5 stars across the board.
