Dr. Thomas Kelly and front office staff have been very helpful to me in visits the past few years. I am here only six months a year, and it is comforting to know I have a primary care doctor and staff who seem to care about my health. I appreciate them!
My wife has dealing with some sort of infection since August, she has been an antibodies which didn’t help, urine test come back as abnormal, blood work is not normal and when we call the office on Hudson rd. Usually do not get either a call back or no good information to resolve the issue, she was to have an abdominal aortic surgery November 12 but due to her still having these issues they canceled her surgery. I called and inquired about a walk-in tetanus vaccine, the reply was you can't just walk in and demand what you want. I was told I need to see a doctor and they would do a full work up before i could get a tetanus vaccine. This is the exact reason healthcare co$t are through the roof. Scam! Scam! Scam!
