3/11/25, 10:58am....I called because I'm supposed to have a apt for MRI with Bayhealth but when I called the person said answered was mean & right out disrespectful & told me I couldn't have appointment there & continued being rude on the phone & then banged the phone on me & never gave me a name...Called back & a soft spoken & respectfully lady answered & said her name Thais...& said I had the wrong # & was ready with the correct # & 0 hostility..she was a blessing 2 talk...a Bayhealth jewel compared to the rotten apple tha... read more
Overall good, but tests are ordered and difficult to talk with Dr. about the results, the nurse just tells you what to do. Then people need to act as a team, often left hand does not know what right is doing?
I go for the coumidan clinic. Everyone is super nice and understanding.
Staff are very professional and friendly. I was seen at my scheduled time. I was treated like I was part of the family. .
Nuclear medicine knows how you to do it. They are so caring and walk you through the whole process of your procedure to make sure you are doing good. Thank you for your care.
