I have been a patient 3 times at Bayfront in the 9 years I've lived in Florida. This was by far the best experience of the 3. The registration and preop. testing was much faster and easy. Preop. preparation was fantastic. Emma my prep. nurse was great. She explained everything she was going to do before she started. She was so comforting, recognizing my nervousness. Terrible!!! I used to believe that Orlando health was one of the best hospitals! I grew up coming to this hospital. Recently, I had to go to the hospital do to a mystery. No one knew what my illness was. Instead of trying to keep me in a safe place and making sure I would’ve in the best care Orlando Healths Neurologist decided my mystery illness was not that important and decided to discharge me with not 1 not 2 but 3 muscle relaxers that don’t work. 1 of which didn’t even work while I was in the hospital.
