I could not have asked for a better delivery team!! Thank you to Kerstyn, Dr. Michael, Bernadette, and Shakira, and the pediatric team and lactation team! Each of you made me and baby feel safe and supported. You thoughtfully cared for us, answered every question, stepped in when we needed help in recovery, and overall just made the entire labor and after as smooth as it can be for a first time mom and dad. My time at Orlando Health was excellent! I came in through the ER after having fallen in the street due to a badly formed street and curb. I was taken by rescue squad after having amazing treatment while still in the street.The hospital was fantastic and treated me with caring and my needs were met from the moment I arrived. My only small complaint is that I had to ask for toothbrush, toothpaste etc on the 3rd day because I’d never received any . Came in 32 weeks pregnant with severe back pain. Turns out to be a uti possible kidney infection, waiting nearly 6 days on cultures is crazy im siting in bed right now in just as much pain as I was in when I came in because I still haven't received any antibiotics not sure what to do. Everyone was nice. But no follow-through

Received excellent care at the free standing emergency room. They diagnosis my condition and had me taken by ambulance to Bayfront Hospital. The nurses in the ICU were awesome. Especially Alex. Support staff provided my records so I could take home with me.
