I attended the Bayfront Convention Center for a March 26, 2025, conference. I had to return a box of materials to work and had a pre-paid shipping label from FedEx. I let the event manager, Erica Ziebler, from the Bayfront Convention Center, know that Fed EX would pick this up from her facility on Monday. One of her employees put the package in her office, and on Monday when FedEx came to pick it up, they were told the package was not there.
