Had my car serviced at Bayford Bundoora and was looked after by Blake and Don. They kept me well informed throughout and even provided a Ford Ranger as a loan car which was a nice bonus! When they found the brake pads needed replacing, there was no pressure to get it done on the spot, which I really appreciated. While waiting, I was offered a tea and had a great chat in reception. Have always had our Escape serviced here, and been happy. Recently Don went above and beyond to help, from getting the car looked at on short notice, getting the problem diagnosed straight away, and then making sure the repair was covered under the extended warranty.
