Great place! Rooms super comfy and lound and restaurant amazing.
I stopped in to grab dinner. I was early and had no problem getting a table. The server was quick to come over and get my drink order. I had the blackened whitefish with mixed vegetables and garlic potatoes. It was really delicious! The meal comes with a side salad that was fresh and very tasty with cranberries and nuts on top. This review is regarding the restaurant. Our favorite restaurant in Bayfield! You can't beat the stunning view and the service is always friendly and attentive.
If I could give 0 stars I would for the horrible customer service rendered by the staff at the inn. A group of us, for 35 years, have been renting a condo every year the same week in October through the inn. This year, before we even checked out, they rented out our space to someone else for the next year. Seems after 35 years we should get priority to re-rent or at least the courtesy to ask if we wanted the space next year. All we were told was “too bad, that’s the way it is”. I can't say anything about the rooms but the food is amazing. It's all home made from scratch. All unique, very fresh. I can't believe I been going to pier plaza for 10 years and just tried this place. This is my new favorite place to go in Bayfield.
