We had trouble with our TV and it was fixed immediately. It was a great, cozy location to watch the first winter storm.
Could ask for a better place to stay and relax. Service is great. Rooms are very clean and modern.
The restaurant has an identity problem. For the prices you would expect tablecloths and servicers in something other than hoodies and tennis shoes. The food was okay but didn't live up to the prices. Blackened T-bone (ordered Med, received Med/well) and Walleye (the only fish available that evening) The menu was that of a supper club and didn't go with the vibe. We spent $100. for two people.
