The manager has zero people skills my first experience was her threatening to tow me cause I was parked in her spot. I was only there for a couple minutes to take stuff out and put it into the apartment and she left immediately after.
Managment allows dangerous roaming dogs onto the property. These dogs have been attacking and killing people's pet cats for months. Management has been made aware of this problem multiple times and they still refuse to hire a night guard or install a fence. How long before someone's kid gets attacked??
These people would rather rent to tweakers then a family of 6 with two hard working parents that are self employed with their own business, just because the tweaker can show a pay stub. When I showed 2 years of perfect rental history even paying $12,000 of future rent. What more do need to prove I can pay my rent?!?!
