It all started with a water leak into the neighbor's condo below me. I knew it was time for a badly needed remodel of my master bedroom and bath. I contacted five companies for estimates. Three companies came out to look at the project in order to prepare an estimate. The only company that followed through was Bayern Builders. Joe and his team were excellent. I've used Bayern Builders for small (plaster repair) to large (complete 2nd floor renovation), and have incredibly positive experience every time. The team is professional, prompt, and very talented. I've worked with a number of trades, but have grown to trust the craftsmanship of Bayern. Recently, they finished renovating my basement with an exceptional outcome! Additionally, they’re priced to compete with anyone in the western suburbs. Highly recommended

Joe and his dedicated team performed a complete kitchen overhaul as well as several home improvements on our lower level ( sanding and refinishing all hardwood floors, painting most of the lower level, removing pillars, and adding crown molding etc. The job was performed to a high standard in all aspects. I would highly recommend Joe and his team for any and all home improvement projects.
