For small, intimate weddings... this is the perfect place! I don't have anything bad to say about the Bayer Estate. This is a good thing since I had what is supposed to be one of the best days of my life there -- my wedding. It exceeded my expectations. The executive director and caretaker of the estate was wonderful to work with and very accomodating, even coming through for me on music when we forgot to bring our samples.
