My spouse went to get propane and the sales staff refuse to assist with taking propane containers out of our vehicles or help put them back after they are filled. He is elderly and disabled and is unable to do it without assistance. I will be reporting this violation to the ADA.
RecommendedWe purchased a used RV from a private party and it was having issues. Even though we had never been Baydos customers they were happy to help us. All the issues ended up being very minor and easy to fix! Baydos customer service was Excellent and I would never hesitate to recommend them!!! Honest, fair & friendly!!! What more could you want in this day & age! Thank you Baydos! My new (to me) RV will be so much more fun now! The worries are gone! Open roads here I come!!!
Spent a week trying to get someone to help us figure out what was going on with out toyhauler so we could hunt, one phone call and a quick walk through of the parts store and Brandy had us on the road.Thank you! Season saved! Baydos customer for life!

be very skeptical of feel. paid $750 for delivery with their guarantee that we will fix everything, except for the the broken stove, leaking propane valve, seperating paneling, moulding coming off, bubble in ceiling, furnance not igniting, fridge components full of debris. off the lot your problem. they will tell you anything to make the sale. their response, hmmm never seen that before, we dont pay attention to that, must have missed it, sorry forgot to call.
