I moved to Montana from Idaho in December. Wendy at Baycroft PM, was the only management company to answer the phone, and set up a showing with the application paperwork. Baycroft, also was the most reasonable when it came to pricing. I had a water heater issue, the same day her crew showed up and installed a new water heater, and by the time I got home it was perfect. Thank you Wendy. Flat out lied about accepting pets. We have a cat and told Wendy that upfront. She was happy to take $150 in application fees only to reject us a few days later because they don't accept pets??
Overall a bad experience.
My family and I rented from Wendy for two years until we moved back to butte. She is so great, would always return my calls and e-mails.
Worst property management company. Was told to go to a viewing to see a house in Three Forks, but no one showed up. Was treated very unprofessional on the phone too.
