Dr Arthur was very knowledgeable about what my pets needed right from the start. Very hands-on and friendly staff and the prices were very reasonable. I will happily go back and so will my Dogs.
I had a stray cat follow me home one night and I could tell that she needed a lot of help (one missing canine tooth, no front claws, fleas galore, and she pulled out a ton of her own fur), but she is the sweetest cat I've ever met! After trying a different vet with no luck, we took her to Baycrest and they were so incredibly helpful and genuine. Kit Kat is not purfect yet, but she is definitely on her way thanks to Baycrest Veterinary Hospital!
Had an absolute awesome experience here!! The whole staff was great and it's extremely affordable, unlike most vets which try to nickel and dime you for everything. We will be back and will bring the rest of the pets here too =))!
