My mother was admitted to Baycrest through Humber River for rehab after undergoing a femur replacement. She was at HR for almost a week and doing quite well. Once she entered this horrible facility, her health began to decline. She was there for two weeks and did "no" rehabilitation, so maybe they thought she was in for palliative care, because we had to get her out of there by ambulance - back to HR emergency. In two weeks at Baycrest, she developed a UTI, and severe drop in hemoglobin, where she needed a blood transfusion.... read more

DO NOT bring a family member here the service is horrible and you can never get a hold of anyone. And when you finally get someone on the phone you get attitude. In my opinion s lot of the nurses don't care about the patients.

William Reichman, president and CEO of Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care, was paid $722,875.00.Dec 17, 2018 Says it all, nobody in hospital care deserves this kind of money and the board is right there supporting this behavior.

Don’t ever work for this horrible company full of fake nurses that have no respect for their own co-workers. I know multiple hard working, kind hearted, loving people that had to leave this toxic environment due to deteriorating mental health from being mentally abused by people that are supposed to be supportive and caring (their co workers) I am not saying all the PSW nurses here are horrible but there are many who are. The company needs to reevaluate these people.

The best care anywhere nurses are the best more then 5 stars food you can eat not like hospital food give them more then 5 stars thanks girls your the best
