I had a very disappointing experience with one of the security guards, an Indian girl with blonde hair. A very unpleasant, unprofessional and disrespectful to people. She spoke harshly,was very haughty and did not help quietly. She was an attitude woman, making visitors uncomfortable and unwelcome. Security personnel should be aware of how to interact with the public, but it was way beyond unacceptable!
