My daughter has been going here for a while and all the staff are incredible and are exceptional.
Dr Mark Cicchiello has changed my life, helping me treat multiple skin conditions. Lisa and the team of nurses are friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was definitely worth the wait to get in, I would highly recommend Baycity Dermatology.
Just recently I commenced going to the Baycity Dermatology My experience is 10/10 Kylie and Sophie on the front desk are so friendly, and kind,and cant do enough working with you to make compatible appointment times etc I have extreme skin issues and recently after detailing my extreme advanced condition, and stress,Kylie thankfully bought my appointment forward. Highly professional, friendly and effective.
I have never had a worse clinical experience. Mr Hall misdiagnosed me, and belittled me when I questioned his opinion. He prescribed a treatment with no discussion of risks and I suffered a severe adverse reaction that resulted in hospitalisation. He then refused to assist hospital staff in explaining his diagnosis and treatment. His pigheadedness resulted in severe and prolonged pain and suffering. Mr Hall is lazy at best and negligent at worst.
