I went late afternoon during the week. The waiting room was full with a line at the front desk. Despite the fact they were busy, they made sure to greet me and let me know they'd be with me shortly. I was in a great deal of pain after a leg injury. They were very compassionate to my situation. My wait was short considering how busy they were. The nurse who saw me first was very sweet as well.
