Very professional, informative and personable team. I was nervous but was put at ease by nurses. Everyone was so polite and addressed my concerns and questions. Thank you! This facility has successful systems in place from start to finish.
I will NEVER use them again. Snowballed me with a payment due at time of service on what was supposed to be a screening covered at 100% less than 24 hours before my surgery. Refused to work with me to take payment, only offering a half now half later plan. I had to cancel it. Text from them says I didnt have to pay prior to my appt.
I can't possibly find enough words to describe what a fantastic job BayCare has done to make patient experience the best possible. Beginning with admission personnel, aides, nurses technicians and lab personnel, everyone is always friendly, professional and efficient. The physicians I have dealt with are always personable and thoroughly proficient in their fields. I would without hesitation recommend BayCare to anyone.
