These people got me in and out fast. I only had a minor procedure. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I wish I could get my VSG surgery there. It was a very pleasant experience. I would go back there for another procedure if I need one in the future.
I had a procedure this week and I had a very good experience. All the team, from the registration to the nurses and doctors were amazing! Dr Kaif was great. My nurse Carol was so kind and patient. She is the best! And a special shoutout to Mary. She called me the next day to ask how I was feeling. I asked her if I could get the name of my nurse to leave her a good review. She went out of her way to look for the information and called me back. Very kind soul. Highly recommend this team:)
The entire team worked like a well oiled machine. They were very upbeat and positive with each other and with the patients. Quality of care was great, too.
Absolutely excellent experience from pre-op, to OR, to recovery. I could not have asked for a better experience!
From entering the facility to being wheeled out to my ride, this was the best experience for an outpatient procedure ever. Wait was less than 5 minutes. Everything was clearly explained multiple times and everyone was very professional. If/when I have another outpatient procedure, I'll be looking to have it done here.
