I recently had a procedure at BayCare Surgery Center and the experience was excellent from start to finish. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was especially nervous about having anesthesia for the first time, but everyone was reassuring and kind. The two staff members who wheeled me into the procedure room even made me laugh and kept the atmosphere light, which helped me relax. In and out quick; nobody got hurt. This surgery center is a well-oiled machine. Everyone was top notch and organized. All the ladies were pleasant and professional, from Christina in Check-In to Angela in Pre-Op. Liz’s pre-op call provided much appreciated info on what to expect. Crissy and Daniel gave me a peaceful Propofol nap, and Christine got me out with a warm farewell. Great job everyone! :) Christopher D.
The personnel, including the medical staff and all the doctors, consistently demonstrated a welcoming and professional demeanor. The facility itself was of excellent quality.
Facility was extremely clean and the staff were all exceptionally pleasant.
