self pay cash paid in advance $260 for 1 minute and 30 seconds visit which left me with nothing but less money ! they after a while they sent me a bill for $450 for the same visit, phone calls and angry and still left with extra $50 I am tired of calling this scam facility !

Okay, so as you can see, the previous reviews all mention that the office workers are rude on the phone, and some of them were replied to but I learned today that it hasn't changed. I called today to reschedule my appointment with my doctor, Jillian Ginnetti (who is absolutely wonderful btw) but when I was explaining the situation on the phone the woman interrupted me in the middle of my sentence on a very rude way (like you can tell). I am upset. I live in and own a local healthcare business. I have been having issues with my BP for several months and have been waiting patiently for a new patient appt. with Dr. Claude for several months.
